Raspberry Pi4 Live TV Problems - Veehxia - 2023-07-15

Greetings everyone, my first post here.

Recently I've been messing around with a Raspberry Pi4 and a USB DVB tuner trying to be able to stream TV to my devices, as it would be super useful for someone who is often abroad compared to using VPNs and a ton of streaming apps for all the different networks.
So I've got a fresh 64-bit install of PiOS lite and installed both TVHeadend and Jellyfin on the Pi, I was able to connect properly configure TVHeadend and be able to watch TV in its web UI or download .m3u files for VLC, but I cant get a proper playback on Jellyfin.
I've followed the official configuration guide in the Jellyfin wiki and if I leave hardware acceleration disabled I can get a video and audio stream but it's very stuttery and not really usable, while if I enable V4L2 hardware acceleration I can only get a few seconds of audio with a black screen and then it just stops.
I've also tried installing via Docker both the official and the Linuxserver version of Jellyfin but I got the same result, I even tried going with an old 10.7.7 image to try and use OMX as my hardware acceleration but I had no luck with it as the EPG guide was freezing at 5% while synching leaving me with an empty channel list.
In all of those methods, I feel like HA encoding is working properly outside of live TV, I've tried with a few episodes stored locally and didn't have any particular issues.
At this point I dont really know what else I could try, so I'm hoping someone could please help me figure out if there is something I need to tune to figure out how to make V4L2 work for live TV, or being able to sync the EPG so that I can try with OMX.

I've also tried with a mini PC with an i3-4150T running Proxmox and a QNAP TS-253A that should be able to do 4K H.264 transcoding as QNAP says but I wasnt able to get hardware acceleration working on those, the LXC on the mini PC wasnt starting playback using QuickSync or VAAPI and only work with no HA, with not really good results like the Pi4, while for the NAS I wasn't able to properly pass the GPU to the Docker container.

Thanks in advance to whoever might be able to help me.
