How can I get rid of this pop-up every time I reboot or turn on the computer?

run the tray application as administrator, seems pretty obvious from the message that tells you to do such

Did you install Jellyfin as a service or a basic install?

I think I've got it installed a service.

Open Task Manager (On the keyboard, press "Ctrl + Alt + Delete," you will see few options. To open Task Manager, select "Task Manager.")
Go to Startup tab, right click NPVRtray, go to Compatibility tab and tick Run This Program as Administrator. The click Apply and Ok.
