Port mapping conflict error - Adrian Holloway - 2024-01-13

I need help. Jf was working perfectly remotely until I installed a new pcie TP-Link network adaptor card for gigabit speeds. After changing my port forwarding settings to accommodate for the new IP my new card gave me and turning off every firewall known to man both router and PC's, I cannot for the life of me get this thing working remotely. Ive also tried running it on diff ports. I also disabled the old mobo network eth port in device manager as I think they may be conflicting with each other. Anyway this is the error that may be causing the issue. Also it maybe not be helpful but my minecraft server worked flawlessly before and after the network card change. After I ported to that new IP I acquired from the gigabit eth port I bought. Anyway, thanks for any help in advanced.

Can you share screenshots of the Networking page in the Jellyfin Dashboard?

here is the dashboard. appreciate you looking into it for me.

The simplest solution would be to disable automatic port mapping and just manually create a port forwarding rule.
