No metadata fields for External ID's - canlin05 - 2023-07-19
Many of my Documentaries, whether single or multi-season, have no metadata fields to enter External ID's. In the main Docs library, some have a folder icon in the top-right of the thumbnail, while others show the number of episodes. It is the items that show a folder rather than show count which do not allow entry of IMDB, TMDB or any other provider.

Further, when clicking on an item, the shows with the show-count in top-right of the thumbnail brings a page similar to IMDB, with show info, actors, directors etc. Clicking on the items with the folder icon at top-right loads a page which shows only the episodes, with no show info.
I thought this may be because of the Content Type, but I only have two options for this: Inherit or Shows, but it is not the case, As their is a mix of content types in my library. I don't seem to have this in my TV Shows library, so am a little lost what could be causing this.
