Play to, dlna - Jman4000 - 2024-01-22 I just installed jellyfin for Kodi, it’s not showing a play to option (like to send a movie to a Blu-ray player Dlna style)?? How do I achieve this with the Kodi jellyfin setup? Also the server choice and password keeps popping up every time Kodi restarts even though it’s already programmed…is there a reason for this, can it be turned off? RE: Play to, dlna - TheDreadPirate - 2024-01-22 If you must use DLNA, you need to make sure port 1900 is open on the server. But there are add-ons so that Kodi uses Jellyfin "natively" instead of with DLNA. https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/clients/kodi/ RE: Play to, dlna - Jman4000 - 2024-02-01 I used the plug in and it’s installed. Does the plug in not allow the “play using option”? I see it showing up now however upon sending it to my Blu-ray player (which it does see) it doesn’t play on the Blu-ray player. Can that work with this setup? I’d like to play try 4k voids through it (oppo 203). Or would I have to create a different setup? Thanks in advance |
