LG WebOS TV doesnt use any transcodeing - László Lévai - 2024-01-22

So I use my Jellyfin server since around a month, and had no issue with it before, but for some weird reason my TV doesnt allow the server to transcode the file for it, I dont know what happend and why the sudden change, but before this happened my server average CPU usage while watching any media was around 15%, now it 0-1% and the TV struggle to start the serieses, when it started it goes well but it needs at least 5 minutes to start the video, without the sound, 1 more minute for the sound and 1 more for the subtitles. Its like the TV is trying to transcode on its own for some weird reason, I already tried to reinstall the Jellyfin app on my TV, didnt helped...
Did anybody had an issue like that before?
What solutions do you guys have for this issue?
For the records, I tried to mess around in the settings and solved nothing :'D
when I try and stream the same content to an other device its transcoding it, same ~15% CPU usage

CPU I5 8500T
GPU Integrated (Using QuickSync)

What operating system?

Can you share your jellyfin logs with us via sourcebin or pastebin?
