tv app - anne - 2024-02-11 I have a Sharp-roku TV with the Jellyfin app installed. I have a linux system with Jellyfin server installed. Everything looks good on my laptop as relates to images being landscape or portrait. When I access the server from my TV everything is in portrait and a whole bunch of cover images do not even appear. I can go to pictures etc but all images are all in portrait. clicking on PLAY for a movie plays the movie in landscape as it should. I have gone to settings in the TV app but can not find a way to make the images display in landscape. OK,,, what am I missing????? Anne RE: tv app - TheDreadPirate - 2024-02-11 What library type is your content in? RE: tv app - 1hitsong - 2024-02-11 Can you post some example photos showing it in portrait mode? Is the main menu portrait? Are the library grids portrait? etc. RE: tv app - anne - 2024-02-12 (2024-02-11, 04:13 AM)TheDreadPirate Wrote: What library type is your content in? Doesnt matter... All I have to do is turn on the tv and go to jellyfin and everything is in portrait RE: tv app - TheDreadPirate - 2024-02-12 AFAICT, portrait is the only option in our Roku app. RE: tv app - anne - 2024-02-12 (2024-02-12, 04:38 AM)TheDreadPirate Wrote: AFAICT, portrait is the only option in our Roku app. Thanks, I thought I could switch from PLex to Jellyfin.. Looks like a whole bunch of re-inventing the wheel if I have to convert all my images to portrait to use Jellyfin on my TV. Have a good day, Anne |
