[*]HDR to SDR playback infinity loading, playing SDR videos works fine,
[*]A full explanation of what is happening, versus what you expect to happen
[*]Video is infinite loading, and when i disable tone mapping it plays fine
[*]What client(s) you are using and how the issue manifests

i"m using a AMD APU: amd ryzen 7 4700u
if any more information is required, request it and i will supply it if possible

Did you follow our AMD setup guide?

Step 5 addresses setting up tone mapping. "Install the ROCm OpenCL runtime on host"

Yeah I did, and both commands to test if it works returns the expected value given by the guide

Which option are you selecting for hardware acceleration? AMD AMF or VAAPI?

I'm using VAAPI, tested on my intel laptop (jellyfin server on the laptop) and there tonemaping works fine, so i can rule out the source file
