Hello, everyone. I just started using jellyfin yesterday and my experience is beeing great execp for one single problem. Sometimes, while I'm using the android client to watch my media, the app simply disconnect from the server and refuses to connect again. Usually, a simple

sudo service jellyfin restart

do the job and I'm able to connect to the server by my phone again and, sometimes, I just close and open the app and the server connect again. The server is set as a fix IP in my network router and the firewall is well configured, so I dont know what to do to fix the problem. I captured some packages with Wireshark to sse whats going on in the network level and looks like the server and client lose sync and the tcp connection is reset. If someone has had this type of problem and figured out how to solve it, I would like some help.

Can you share your jellyfin server logs with us via sourcebin or pastebin.
