On a French forum on Synology NAS, I have someone with the same symptoms and he concluded that he could not connect to a mobile network (which I am trying today due to lack of a other internet network) and pushing further in this direction I found another topic (with the same symptoms) on the forum of my mobile operator, explaining that it could be accessed thanks to the reverse proxy via other operators but not mine (in this case). In this case too I cannot do the test...) and he was told that the mobile network was in IPv6 which could perhaps have caused the problem. From there I have no other leads on Synology and IPv6 in reverse proxy. I was finally able to test my jellyfin server at a friend's house and it worked so there is definitely a problem with the mobile network or maybe just my operator's mobile network
