SSL on Tailscale - PTMQ - 2024-03-02 Hello there, Appologies if this has been asked before but how would you go about setting up SSL if I connect to my server using Tailscale? I use Tailscale to access my Jellyfin server as I currently have limited access to port forwarding etc etc. In theory I don't need SSL as Tailscale uses end to end encryption anyways. However, if I was to secure my server using SSL, how would I go about doing so? Many thanks, PT RE: SSL on Tailscale - TheDreadPirate - 2024-03-02 There is literally zero benefit, and a lot of headache, to adding SSL if your server is accessed exclusively with Tailscale for remote clients. Especially if you use self-signed certs.
