Can't Download to Android Phone - isat32196 - 2024-03-18 Hello, On my Pixel 6, running Android 14, when I try to download an audiobook it gets roughly halfway done and then I get a "download unsuccessful" notification. I then tried downloading a video file and got roughly a quarter of the way through and received the same notification. My phone has enough storage for either of these files. I was connected to Jellyfin via my local network. I tried downloading the audiobook file on my laptop running Windows 11, and it was able to fully download the file. I'm not really sure what to check next or what could possibly be causing the issue? I originally thought maybe my Nginx configuration might be limiting downloads somehow but I don't think that would make sense given I was connecting to the server directly by IP address on my local network. Also then the issue would've reappeared when I tried with my laptop, since it was connected the same way my phone is. It's not a very urgent issue as I read online that the Jellyfin app can't play media offline anyway, but it's bugging me that I can't do it. Update: Right after posting this I figured I'd try downloading the file via Firefox on my phone rather than through the Jellyfin app, and same error. I should also note that I also have a Plex server running on my computer and my phone can download the file from there fine. Update 2: I double checked about downloading from Plex. it had worked previously so I figured it'd work again. However, it also failed. I noticed that right as it failed, my phone would disconnect from my wifi, then rejoin. I checked the Rasperry Pihole I have setup and that doesn't seem to be blocking anything. My next thought would be my router but I'm not sure what sort of setting that would be or why it would be doing that. It's on the newer end so it'd be weird to me if it just was because of it's age or something (Linksys MR7500). Update 3: Downloading from Jellyfin and Plex (using Plexamp app) while not on my home network (so over mobile data) worked for both apps. Not sure where to go from here.
