Now I tested another serie with .mkv files, but with exoplayer, with both modes of sound and doesn't work, but with LibVLC it works.
There is no log about this... dunno why

Some Android TV devices seem to only work with libVLC. I've seen a lot of Firestick users with a similar issue you are describing and exclusively using libVLC was the only solution.
Not not every device implements Android the same and there must be something with your device's implementation of Android that is breaking exoplayer. Same with Fire OS.
