Not recognizing folders in External Drive MacOS - dusty-lav - 2023-07-30
I'm running JF on a MacBook pro with an external HD for media - JF recognizes the external drive but won't see folders in it. Ive made it a shared folder, and changed permissions to read/write for 'everyone' and applied to all everything in the drive.
Any tips? I've seen similar threads, but none for MacOS specifically.

I'm not sure how this works on Mac, but on Linux Jellyfin also needs execute permissions. Does Mac have that?

Thanks! I'll look into this more — i tried some command line permission prompts, but no luck yet.
