Folder option not available on some clients - ecourt - 2024-04-17
I have 2 fire-stick clients running the jellyfin app, and one Roku client, running the jellyfin app.
in the Roku based app, there is an option to browse by folder (which I highly prefer)
but none of my fire-stick clients show the folder option.
is this a config somewhere I've missed? or is there a way to force the option to show ?

No, it is not currently (nor ever was -- according to a dev) an option. However, another dev spoke up and explained the app is being rewritten with a newer SDK and folder view is a planned enhancement.
