Can't connect via tailscale - James Osborne - 2024-04-23 I've had my jellyfin server set up working perfectly on a windows 11 laptop for a few months now. I often connect to it from my phone via tailscale, but the last few days it's been saying unable to reach server when I try to connect. It's definitely still running, I can connect to it when I'm on the same network. Tailscale says it's running on the host machine, I've restarted the host machine, reinstalled tailscale on both devices, made sure JF allows remote connections, turned off firewall on the host machine...is there anything else I could be missing? RE: Can't connect via tailscale - Soloman2469 - 2024-04-23 Grasping at straws here, but can you tailscale ping your phone from the laptop and from the phone to the laptop? When you reinstalled tailscale they would have issued you new a new ip. When logging into your server from your phone did you switch to the new ip address? |
