Media does not resume or is unable to be scrubbed - gorect - 2024-05-03 When I try to watch something, regardless of the media I watch, none of it will resume from where I last had it paused and I cannot "scrub" to any point in the timeline. Anything I do causes the movie or TV show to just restart at the beginning. I have Jellyfin running in a docker (docker-compose) on an Ubuntu VM that has the media connected from my TrueNAS server. I originally had it as "latest" but I have also tried pinning the version number to 10.8.13 and 10.8.12. Neither of which solved the problem. It also does not seem to be a disk space issue as df -h returns no values above 40%. I do not believe that this is a known issue, or at least I can't find any other threads or bug trackers about this. What logs can I provide to help? Thanks Cameron RE: Media does not resume or is unable to be scrubbed - Efficient_Good_5784 - 2024-05-03 This could be a permissions issue. You could provide the latest log found in the Jellyfin dashboard. Also, what clients are you using? Does this happen on the web player? RE: Media does not resume or is unable to be scrubbed - TheDreadPirate - 2024-05-03 Can you share your logs via pastebin? And ffmpeg logs if there are any. |
