Subtitles delay when i'm not home - Valentin - 2024-05-17
Hello there !
I've seen many problems with this delay thing, I have a big problem which I don"t have when i'm playing any media at home (on local network).
When I'm playing any media on my phone or on my laptop outside my local network there is a delay (4sec) on any subtitles of any media.
That is very annoying
I don't understand why, I've seen that I have to extract a SRT file but I tried and it changes nothing, I still had the delay!
I went to the settings and I did see nothing.
Thank you guys and by the way, I love Jellyfin !

When you are away from home are you direct playing or transcoding?
Can you share your full jellyfin log via pastebin?
