New Jellyfin Server/Web release: 10.9.2 - ReleaseBot - 2024-05-17
We are pleased to announce the latest stable release of Jellyfin, version 10.9.2!
This minor release brings several bugfixes to improve your Jellyfin experience.
As always, please ensure you stop your Jellyfin server and take a full backup before upgrading!

Thank you very much for correcting errors quickly.
My IPTV list from threadfin finally works very well... it scans the guide quickly, in version 10.9.1 it was sometimes unable to finish updating the guide, or it took more than 5 minutes with only 30 television channels...
I have a question...
I have a folder to record IPTV content, and it works very well.. the folder is added as "mixed content"... I don't have the "TrickPlay" option.. but every time I record something, when the recording ends, the "TrickPlay" is activated in that library:

FYI Ubuntu 24.04 "Noble" packages are now up - they failed to build earlier.

It's possibly a bug, please ask in the Troubleshooting forum in a separate thread and folks can help get to the bottom of it.

When opening the dashboard from the Web UI, it correctly reports Web & Build Versions of 10.9.2. However, when opening the dashboard from the Windows Client 1.10.0, the Web & Build Versions are reported as 10.9.1. Both UIs report the server version as 10.9.2.
is this expected behavior?

I updated last night to 10.9.2 and already had jellyFin crash and the docker (official jellyfin) stop running. This is whilst a movie was playing back (it had been fully transcoded at this point). Previously on 10.8.13 i don't think it ever crashed and was running for months at a time.

Jellyfin media player ships with its own build of the web user interface. So this is correct if you haven't updated it yet. The new version uses the web ui from 10.9.2.

Please make the MacOs dmg package compatible with Mac OS 10.15. Today it is limiting to 12.0.
Jellyfin works fine on 10.15 but the installer is blocking.
Opened an issue here but do not know if it is the best place
