Always Transcoding on ShieldTV - Azghul - 2024-05-25 Hi all, i just got a new TV (Samsung S95D) and plugged in my NvidiaShield. All of a sudden, Jellyfin is always transcodig the videos. In the Dashboard it says "Format not supportet, Bitrate to high" but if i disable the transcoding options within the user, it works without any issues. Server: 10.9.2 client: 0.16.10 Any Ideas? Running Jellyfin on a Proxmox LXC and it worked so much better than Plex, until now. Any Chance i can "force" direct play on the ShieldTV without a different user? The network speed auto detect can sometimes incorrectly report a really low connection speed causing what you are seeing. |
