Almost No Thumbnails on Live TV Anywhere (Synology NAS) - ClemFandango - 2024-05-30

I'm running Jellyfin on my Synology DS124 Nas drive with a HD Homerun and I'm in the UK.   Everything is installed and set up and I'm using Schedules Direct for EPG data for UK Freeview, and that also is fine with all of the guide data being correctly pulled.

The Digital Recorder is also configured and I can use the guide data to select and record a program.

In short, it all works - apart from the channel thumbnails - this is just a small snapshot.

   

I use my NAS with an administrator account as it's just for me and I've got everything backed up as well so permission-wise, I'm assuming it's all fine.  I store all of my movies and tv shows in a shared folder called "/volume1/video" and that's got "sc-jellyfin" enabled for read/write access in the permissions tab as well.

The one thing I've read that might explain it is that you need to wait a good day or so for Schedules Direct to properly populate everything.   I signed up with them earlier today so it has only been a few hours and I'm wondering if this is the case and I have to wait ?
