None of my music playlists work, I can see them in the Library but can't play them?

Nothing relevant in the logs, no errors when scanning the library or attempting to play them.
The message displayed when attempting to play a playlist is "Playback Error - Unable to find a valid media source to play."

What client are you using? If a browser, which browser in which OS? What codec is the music using?

Then I would like to see your jellyfin log. I have nothing to work with except "it doesn't work".

Should be fixed with https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/pull/12053
