Sequence in music-collection off - Hurban - 2024-06-20
Hi – I have a problem: the sequence of the tracks shuffles when put into Jellyfin. I have tried to change the file name, tracks and other parameters starting with 01.,02.,03....etc. but still there is this reordering that does not seem completely random, but still produces a big problem as the tracks are lectures to be listened to in the proper sequence. Does anyone have a solution?

Click on "..." for each track and click "Edit metadata". There will be a field called "Track number". I am assuming that is blank right now. If so, populate that field and it should sort correctly. Normally, Jellyfin will pull that track number from the file's metadata tags, but I'm assuming your files aren't tagged with track numbers.
