subfolders doesn't work correctly on truenas scale - DR-BrightClone2 - 2023-08-14
i installed jellyfin from truecharts so i use a local nfs share to store all my media. lets say my path is "storage/pool1/SMB/Media" if i dont add "storage/pool1/SMB/Media/Music" jellyfin doesnt recognize anything storage/pool1/SMB/Media/Music/ in the "Music" folder unless i add "storage/pool1/SMB/Media/Music" as an additional app storage. now i have 5 (above 5 the app doesn't deploy) folders added as an additional app storage and its getting really annoying to add a new folder. does someone know why this happens or i just need to enable something in the app settings

TrueNas should have warned you that you should _not_ use a shared folder for apps as this is known to cause permission issues. I figure this is what is happening here.
