Subtitles Position - André Castro - 2024-07-14 Hello, I started using jellyfin recently and I noticed that the subtitles are positioned differently than "normal", it's easier to explain with images as you can see in the topic, I would like to know if it's possible to put them the same as in the images (OTHERS). In other words, when there is only one line of subtitles, it will be on the second line and not on the first. I hope someone can help me. Thanks JELLYFIN -> OTHERS -> EXPLANATION -> RE: Subtitles Position - André Castro - 2024-07-14 up up up RE: Subtitles Position - TheDreadPirate - 2024-07-14 Depends on the kind of subtitle. Settings > Subtitles gives you a few options to change the text size. I think this will only affect text based subs. RE: Subtitles Position - André Castro - 2024-07-14 I mean, im talking about the position of the lines and not the text size.. You get what I mean in this topic? RE: Subtitles Position - TheDreadPirate - 2024-07-15 I get what you mean, but there is very little to do. I was just thinking that maybe whatever subtitle renderer we are using is "wrapping" the lines around due to the font size differences. Also, what kind of subs are these? SRT? PGS? ASS? Also, most likely the behavior can't be changed, but that's just my guess. Keep in mind Jellyfin is dependent on how the subtitle render we import behaves. Settings > Subtitles. |
