Is there a plugin or something that can make the comic book reader display continuous/infinite scroll instead of by page? I have some books/manga that would be better read in that format. I haven't found anything that can add this functionality yet.

The official app doesn't, but there is an app called "Jellybook" that can.

Change the reading mode to "vertical".
