Movie sorting does not work in collection ? - Ginosergio - 2024-08-15
Hi !
I am trying to sort 7 movies. The first 5 are already in order if you consider the year, but the last two are prequels, and should stay before the other 5.
In the metadata page of each movie i set "Title for sorting". The last two are "Movie 01" and "Movier 02" while the first five are 3-4-5-6-7
This trick works in the Folder view, but when I put these movies in a collection, this order is ignored andon the collection page I see them ordered by year.
Any solution ?
A request to the developers ?

I am assuming you are talking about the sorting on this page.
I don't think this page will read in the sorting title.
It looks like there is already a feature request for this.
