Is there a guide for Chromecast with NAS docker installation - baronvonj - 2024-08-17
I have server deployed on Synology with Docker (bridge mode network) and casting just does not work for me. The receiver device shows the screen indicating that it is ready to cast, but the content never plays. I've tried casting from Android app and desktop browser to both a ChromeCast with GoogleTV and 2nd Gen Chromecast. All combinations show the same behavior. So I'm assuming there's something amiss with my server installation/configuration. Is there a guide for Chromecast-enabling server configuration? I didn't see any section headers for it over on https://jellyfin.org/docs/.
