Managing Library Access - MehdiSheriff - 2023-08-22 So i have about 12 users on my Jellyfin server and it gets quite tedious everytime that i add a library, i need to go into each of their profiles and update their access. Id like them all to not have access to all libraries. Is there a way to manage which users can access a library without individually accessing their profiles? Something like from within the library which i can select which users to give access to? RE: Managing Library Access - bitmap - 2023-08-23 I use jfa-go, but that's not really retroactive. You can absolutely create a template user and apply those settings to a group of users (i.e., set library access once, apply to all). Makes management a lot easier. The message on the front page says the dev is on permanent hiatus at the moment, so might have to look for some forks, but it's a pretty neat tool, so I don't see it dying completely. I'm not aware of another way to mass edit access to libraries for users... |
