Hello,
I have a problem since yesterday?
I added a movie to my library on my Unraid server.
So far so good.
I tried to watch it with my iPad via the JellyApp, it doesn't play even via the aAmazon Firestick.
But if I try it on my iPhone via the app then it plays normally. It is over all the same user logged in
I don't get it.
All other movies as I have tested are playing.
Can someone help me?

sorry I hope I'm doing this right???
I am still new to the handling Jellyfin and the forum.
I copied the files from my unraid server from the folder APPDATA under Jellyfin to my desktop.
my question is how do I send them to you ?
or is there another way?

Do you have any other jellyfin or ffmpeg logs? The jellyfin log doesn't contain any entries related to playing something. The ffmpeg log is for a direct stream (only transcodes audio).

On your Firestick, there is a setting to send logs to the server. Turn that on and try replicating this problem. After you do that, what happens when you lower the max bit rate on the Firestick? Does it transcode and play normally?
