Media Player Blank - KodiUser1138 - 2024-09-21
Tried to bump an older thread discussing this issue but didn't see a respone. After resolving some server issues my media player does not show anything once opened. INot even the service menu, it's all just blank. I have fully removed MP and ensured all known folders are deleted but a fresh install comes with the same result. Server is 10.9.3 and MP is 1.11.1. It was all working fine prior to trying to upgrade the sever and having issues on that end.
I'm having the same issue on MP 1.11.1 even after fully removing and ensuring the Programdata folder is gone. There is no Appdata folder. Re-install and still no library when opeing the MP.

Are you able to log in and once you've logged in you don't see anything?

I just remembered something. I had this issue a few months ago. You have to clear the two appdata folders, which is sounds like you did, but you also have to go into the server's dashboard and remove all the tokens for JMP.
Dashboard > Devices
Find all the instances of JMP there and delete them. Clear appdata again and try logging in.
C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local\jellyfinmediaplayer
and
C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\local\Jellyfin Media Player
