Hello
I'm using jellyfin for over 4 years and it takes about 23 min to start. the starting time growing every version
I attached a log file for the starting time.
I'm using
Jellyfin 10.9.11 officiel docker image
OS archlinux up to date 64 bits
100TB NAS for media with cifs share

Can you try disabling some of your optional plugins? I'm thinking one of these is the culprit.
Disable all of these at the same time then restart jellyfin.

If one of these is the culprit, startup will take a couple seconds after disabling them. Then enable one at a time, restart jellyfin, and repeat until startup starts taking a long time.
Also, can you share your docker compose?
