Jellyfin Web UI not loading - viggy96 - 2024-10-08
The Jellyfin web UI isn't loading in the browser or on Jellyfin Media Player. The Android app works correctly, and so does Android TV. Going to my Jellyfin in the Chrome browser on my Android phone also doesn't work. I have tried clearing cache and site data. For JMP I have deleted the relevant data directory
(~/.var/app/com.github.iwalton.jellyfin-media-player).

You also have to go to Dashboard > Devices and delete any tokens related to the device you are having issues with.
