jellyfin logout when try to play - Omar Cassado - 2023-08-30

I had my Raspberry PI with Raspbian 32bits running OMV and other 10 apps at docker, including Jellyfin, last week I upgrade it to 64 bits looking for better use of the hardware, specially 8gb memory, most of apps went easy, OMV is working, all shares defined, docker is working and all apps are running, including Jellyfin, but when I try to play anything, or opening photos, and books it crashes, most of time I see the media background and stop playing there.

I can't go backward and if I try to refresh the page I need to login again.

It also works at Jellyfin app for IOS, Safari and Chrome browser, and Infuse at Apple TV.

I used the same configurations I had when I was using 32bits Raspbian, also try to instal 10.8.10 arrm32v7 as image to see if it works, but the problem remains.

I look here and also using google forward some answer, but can't find, someone know what do I need to? Any tip is welcome.

So jellyfin works for most clients except one? Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode?

Hey @Omar Cassado

Please upload the server logfiles from when that happend as well as the browser console output you were using "Press F12->Console tab" to an external site like pastebin.

You might want to omit personal infos like Usernames/Ips/Domains from both logs.

Thanks, I really appreciate your help, I tried cache cleaning but the problem remains, also tried other browsers. Today I found an option, install jellyfin using other disk and other ports to reach it, works, now it is running and I have to organize it again, but at least works.
I use the same docker image, same stack, same media volumes (except for configs folder, now I have a new one), chose http and https ports and the disk volume where configs are mirrored. I believe something was corrupted in old configs folder or network verifications are too restrict and when I upgrade Raspberry Pi I lose something important.
