Won't work on any mobile device - Matthew Rodriguez - 2023-08-30
At my wits end with Jellyfin. Used Plex for years with no issue. Plex randomly stops working so I switch to JF.
Jellyfin refuses to work on ANY mobile device. Apple or android. Doesn't matter. I don't have a complex setup at all. Just regular server and only trying to access locally. It works on smart TVs, PC, Laptops. Any phone in browser or in the app I get this message. Jellyfin app is not very common on smart TVs. So in my living room I need to use Chromecast. Without it working on any mobile device it's extremely frustrating.
It's a high speed Wifi 6 network that the host computer is on.
Please any help would be appreciated.
