Been having this issues since v10.9.11
Android mobile app, when it doesnt connect i have to force close the app and relaunch it to get it to make the connection
I use HAPROXY to fwd the request. on mobile devices i use my hostname which is the same internally as it is for external, when i go from lan to wan it used to handle it without a problem and renegotiate but that seems to have stopped happening, i have no idea how to pull logs from the android app if there are any?

So this only happens when you transition from LAN to WAN on your Android phone?

Can you share your HAproxy config? Censor the domain name.
