Unix files in SMB folder - sodakjohn - 2024-11-05

Hello,
I have just finished (figured out) installing and setting up truenas and Jellyfin.
I have noticed that when I access the media folder from Windows there is my Photo folder with a few pictures and my video folder with 1 video.  These were in there to test the system.  There are also quite a few linux folders in there also, config, data, log, metadata, plugins, root and transcodes.  Should they be in there?
Thanks
John

Did you configure Jellyfin to write its /config directory to that folder?

Maybe?
I did get everything running pretty well.  I used the time tested troubleshooting method of starting over and reinstalling several times.  I used all the default file folders Jellyfin and IX recommended, except for additional storage.  I do have a new question about the safety of port forwarding but I will post that separately.
Thanks for your help!
John

I should post this as solved, I don't see where to do it.
