every time I want to login into my jellyfish account its says that the server doesn't allow me acces
can somebody help me whit this please
my server is Https://ymir.mvids.org/

If you are not the admin for that server, we cannot help. The Jellyfin Project does not run any Jellyfin media servers, besides our demo server. We cannot help with account resets on servers YOU do not control. There is no centralized account management with Jellyfin.
