Can't reorder Playlists - johnny_n - 2024-11-09 The last two times I've tried to reorder playlists (this morning and 2-3 weeks ago) I can't. These were both new playlists with new media, but obviously both playlists have been created just fine and the media scanned and added to the library. Finally took the opportunity this morning to look at the Chrome console (same thing in Safari) and I'm receiving this error: Code: :8096/Playlists/6957764438a1f08bb5a85bf504d6ad10/Items/579f533beb164b6a9fdc426cd26caba6/Move/0:1 OS is Synology (DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 5) and haven't had this issue until recently... there are no server logs for that time period (and only one today). Here is the relevant bit from the debug log: Code: [2024-11-09 15:12:42.210 +00:00] [ERR] [91] Jellyfin.Api.Middleware.ExceptionMiddleware: Error processing request. URL "POST" "/Playlists/6957764438a1f08bb5a85bf504d6ad10/Items/9850288ebea64763b1e5545f294ed733/Move/0". Thank you! RE: Can't reorder Playlists - Eraserhead - 2024-11-09 I came here looking for a solution to this as I too have this issue following my 10.10.1 update. I have a similar setup, using Chrome to access Jellyfin on a Synology container. I cannot reorder any track in any playlist, including newly made playlists, nor can I delete tracks from playlists. (I can manually edit the .xml files to accomplish both actions, but that's hardly ideal.) Below is a snippet from the log when trying to reorder a track and then when trying to remove a track from the playlist. My first line looks pretty similar to the first line in your code. But I don't see any obvious code in mine relating to my attempt to remove a track. [2024-11-09 17:03:20.046 +00:00] [ERR] [59] Jellyfin.Api.Middleware.ExceptionMiddleware: Error processing request. There is a PR that is being reviewed that should fix this problem. It should make it in to 10.10.2, but no guarantee. RE: Can't reorder Playlists - johnny_n - 2024-11-09 Thank you both - glad it's not just me and that a fix is in the works 🎉 |
