First install, immediately hit a snag - Seb - 2024-11-13 Hello! Noob, here with some problems. New install, v10.10.1 on Win10 Home 22H2. I thought I would try Jellyfin on a couple of shows. The files comply with the naming and structure convention; tmdbid included in the folder name. They have all been updated correctly with MKV Tag Editor using TheMovieDB lookup. For a series of about 25 episodes of a US show, Jellyfin shows about 5 episodes of something Chinese. I tried it with a number of different titles and dozens of episodes, and I have yet to get a single one correctly identified. I have re-scanned the folders, I have dumped the meta and started afresh several times. No dice. I feel like I must be doing something very silly. What's going on? Hope someone can offer some pointers! Cheers! RE: First install, immediately hit a snag - theguymadmax - 2024-11-13 Provide your library structure and naming scheme for the folder and files. RE: First install, immediately hit a snag - Seb - 2024-11-13 Ignore all that, it seems that it's very important where you point JF as the root of the structure. |
