Movies are showing two version - SirBarbara - 2024-11-14 My movies and tv shows are showing two version in my libraries. Some movies end up in collections because it shows two versions. When looking at the media info it shows it exists in two locations. The screenshots below (I do have two versions of it, but each is showing up twice) Akira is showing up on the M: drive and E: drive. E does not exist, it did maybe a year ago but this only started showing up after updating to the version before 10.10.1 The movies library only lists one location. It is doing the same for TV shows and shows were never on drive E:. When i try to play one of the other versions it gives "Playback Error Playback failed due to a fatal player error" Im currently on v10.10.1, updated an hour ago maybe, using the windows installer. RE: Movies are showing two version - TheDreadPirate - 2024-11-14 Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin? Also, I'm assuming that you've "Scanned all libraries" since then. If it doesn't exist on the E drive that should remove it. RE: Movies are showing two version - SirBarbara - 2024-11-14 Here is the pastebin, it was too large so its not the entire thing. i removed some stuff where it was doing the same thing and cut the end off where it was only referencing drive M. I uploaded the whole thing to my g drive if its needed though. I have scanned all libraries, ive also scanned libraries individually and had it replace metadata pastebin.com/zsYzhQzT https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dIZ_cvHyQOV9O-zYXy9TXhCKP-O9jzhn/view?usp=drive_link RE: Movies are showing two version - TheDreadPirate - 2024-11-14 I think what is happening is that you have collections that still reference the D and E drive, but Jellyfin isn't able to modify the XMLs for the collections. And I'm wondering if the cleanup process is not completing entirely due to that. Go to C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\root (I think that is right). That folder contains all the configs for your libraries. Look for references to the E drive in the library configs. Also check if you have NFOs that are referencing the old path. RE: Movies are showing two version - SirBarbara - 2024-11-14 I did go through all the config files and found no reference to the E drive. Really weird. I did a test with a smaller library, I removed it and added it again. After if finished its re-scan, all seems well. When that looked ok I did the movies library. That fixed the E location, the only issue now is the ones that were added into collections stayed in a collection. Might have to fix those manually, we'll see. For now its back to normal, i'll try tv shows later. Thanks for the help |
