Failed to play - Hank.S - 2024-11-17

Hi! Some Error occurs when playing video. Can you help?

When I click play button, after about 10 secs buffering, it shows 
"Playback Error
Playback failed due to a fatal player error."

Jellyfin installed as docker compose, play in web client
nvenc enabled with RTX2060

Good to play other videos.

The web client usually prefers AV1 if available ... but your GPU can't hw encode that.
In jellyfin go to -> admin dashboard-> playback-> transcoding-> UNcheck "Allow encoding in AV1 format"
