Jellyfin 10.10.3 Dashboard Issue - ghunterx21 - 2024-11-21

Hi all,

I'm wondering if you can help, I updated to Jellyfin 10.10.3 and since then, when I go into Dashboard, I seen a backgroup of a random movie in my list, but no information such as users signed in and what they are watching or anything else in that mind, it's just blank.

When I click off Dashboard and tried to click back it doesn't work anymore.

Any ideas?
I've attached the screenshot.

This is installed inside an LXC Container on Proxmox and it has updated before without issues, but today it's missing this info and not sure why. I've rebooted jellyfin and the container but it's still showing blank.

Thanks all for your time.

[UPDATE] After sometime, it seemed to have resolved itself and is now back working.

I had the same problem - Mac install but it has just corrected itself after a day - hopefully this happens for you!

Can you try to delete the client cache?

Under Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ and delete both Jellyfin Media player folders.

Are you using any custom css?

Hi Fate, thanks for your reply. It seemed to kick itself back to work, it's back now.

I would have Jellyfin installed in Proxmox which is Linux, I do need to learn how to find the cache folder.

I don't have any custom css, I did but it didn't work too well on some of the devices.

Thanks again for your reply.
