Utilize Embedded Sort Tags - NeuroDawg - 2024-11-27
Is there any chance that in the near future Jellyfin will start to read and utilize the embedded sort tags in music? I posted a feature request for this about a year ago (Utilized Embedded Sort Tags) and there's a similar feature request also (Music Album Sort MEtadata field from built-in ID Tags)
I would really love to move completely out of the Plex sphere, but until I find a music server that will honor my sort tags, and not make me manually enter sort data for thousands of artists/albums, it's not worth my time/effort to make a change.
