Audiobooks Not Saving Progress - pwnage2demax - 2024-12-04
Using the proper library type (books) for Audiobooks, resume position is not saving (log says it is but nothing shows under Continue Watching, Listening, or Reading)
Videos save resume position, and syncplay is working as well (from same network at least)
Tried from Edge browser, Waterfox browser, and Jellyfin for Android (Android 13)

You mentioned in your other thread about some hacky work around involving music libraries. I'm wondering if that is breaking progress tracking. I haven't listened to an audio book since 10.10 was released. But I tested it just now and I can't seem to reproduce your issue.

I created a Music library with the audiobooks, then created a Book library with the audiobooks - I disabled the Music library (but did not delete it) so that the Book library would sort properly. I am only trying to play via the Book library, but maybe theres something backend that just isn't playing nice. When I am home I will see if progress tracking works if I do ONLY a book library while deleting the music one, and report back tomorrow evening

You were right - can't figure out why, but the second I deleted the Music library of the audiobooks? Progress tracking started working - I found yet another fix for the audiobook titles though, if I manually add the title to the sort title field? They sort properly from what I can tell
