Help with GPU transcoding through Unraid - bigggtuna - 2024-12-14 I am trying to get my GPU to transcode in my Jellyfin Docker instance running on Unraid. I'm running a Ryzen 8845HS CPU which implements an AMD Radeon 780M iGPU. I (think I) have succesfully passed the device through the container because it autofilled the device when I selected the VAAPI preset. Here's the head of my transcoding settings: (Seems that clicking the image gives an error, but right clicking and opening in a new tab works fine) However, I am still unable to play certain media. I've attached my logs, but the important bit looks to be FFmpeg returning an exit code of 218. And can you share your ffmpeg logs? Nevermind, I see the problem. You did enable av1 ENCODING, which your CPU/iGPU cannot do. Uncheck "Allow encoding in AV1 format".
