Upgraded server to 10.10.3 and Jellyfin Desktop app doesn't play video - Printable Version

Upgraded server to 10.10.3 and Jellyfin Desktop app doesn't play video - cjnug - 2024-12-15

After upgrading the server to 10.10.3, I can no longer play video. What happens is I try clicking on a video but it doesn't do anything most of the time. There have been times where the audio will play, but the video player doesn't actually play. This has only been an issue since the update, but I am unsure what the issue is. The app is version 1.11.1. Is anyone able to help me? Thanks!

Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat. I can get videos to play intermittently through the web login. But, that freezes most of the time too. None of the Android clients on my mobile devices will play videos at all. All new behavior since the upgrade.

Can you share your Jellyfin log via pastebin?

And the specs of your server. Hardware and OS.
