Trickplay files - cleanup/moving - nothingveryobvious - 2024-12-18
I know this is a bit specific, but it's a legitimate concern I have.
I'm trying to clean up my library with Sonarr, putting episodes into Season folders. Currently, a directory may look like this:
Seinfeld
├── S01E01.mkv
├── S01E01.trickplay
├── S01E02.mkv
└── S01E02.trickplay
If I use Sonarr to put the episodes into Season folders, what happens to the trickplays? Are they deleted? Can I simply move the appropriate trickplays into their season folders? Are new trickplays generated?
I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

You'd just move the trickplays into the season folders.
