Not enough metadata - andyr - 2024-12-29 Metadata like Director sometimes / often but not always isn't pulled in from TMDB, even though it exists. I thought maybe it's due to rate limiting because I've recently rebuilt my whole system with lots of calls out to it. But I doubt rate limiting would extend to ignoring some of the data - surely it's all or nothing? Is there a way to force that info to be pulled? It affects a lot of my files, I don't want to have add that metadata manually. JF version 10.10.3 (latest) Running on a new mac mini os 15.2 (latest) Just to labour the point, that data does exist: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/792307-poor-things RE: Not enough metadata - TheDreadPirate - 2024-12-29 Can you try refreshing the metadata and selecting "Find missing metadata"? Make sure you ctrl+f5 after that finishes to make sure you aren't viewing a cached page. If that doesn't work, share your jellyfin log via pastebin so we can see if there are any errors from this refresh in the log.
