Cannot access RAID - Elong Timeago - 2025-01-01 Hi, I have tried 3 or 4 times to access libraries on Ext4 Raid Array or ZFS Pools and cannot. I get path errors. Jellyfin has been installed on Ubuntu 24.04 using Snap. I can access root based folders on the installation drive but nothing on the Arrays. I have tried installations based on traditional ubuntu deb and snap and using Truenas apps on a different server. I just cannot access and array folders... Please help I am going mad. Thanks and kind regards, jB RE: Cannot access RAID - Efficient_Good_5784 - 2025-01-01 (2025-01-01, 12:41 PM)Elong Timeago Wrote: I have tried installations based on traditional ubuntu deb and snap and using Truenas apps on a different server. Are you using Jellyfin on Truenas Scale or on a separate Ubuntu machine? The way you write this confuses me as to how you're setting up Jellyfin. RE: Cannot access RAID - Elong Timeago - 2025-01-01 @Efficient_Good_5784 Thank you for your reply and sorry about the confusion. Initially I installed Truenas Scale and the Jellyfin app. I was though unable to access the dataset containing the folders with the films I wished to catalogue. Whatever I tried the pool and dataset was not accepted "Path not found". I then wiped everything and installed Ubuntu 24.x and created a RAID Array which I used to house the films. Again I received the error "Path not Found". If I create a folder on the same drive as Jellyfin is installed I can locate the folder and a film within that folder. So, it seems that I cannot access any RAID or ZFS array using the latest versions of Jellyfin. I am thoroughly confused. Thanks and kind regards, jB |
